We are thrilled to announce that the 2nd Eastern Africa Agroecology Conference will take place from 25th to 28th March 2025 at the prestigious Argyle Grand Hotel, conveniently located on Mombasa Road, opposite Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Kenya.

The conference will involve sessions held in the hotel and field excursions on the last day. It will also be live streamed for on-line participants.

The conference will be a hybrid event consisting of the following:

1. Online preparatory phase (webinars)
2. Main conference (3 days, hybrid – physical and live streaming for plenary sessions), consisting of: Plenary sessions with inspiring keynote presentations and panel discussions involving key stakeholders.
3. Break-out sessions with interactive formats (short presentations, panel discussions, fish-bowl discussions, World Cafés, side events).
4. Exhibitions (trade exhibitions, general exhibitions)
5. Excursions visit to show how agroecology works in real contexts
